Many roofs can be repaired. If the damage is limited to one area, the decking is sound, and the rest of the roof has life left, a repair is usually the right call. Tony Myers gets on your roof, takes photos, and tells you which one yours is. Replacement is the honest answer only when the roof is worn out across the board.
When a repair is enough
A leak from one failed spot, like a pipe boot, flashing, or a few lifted shingles. Storm damage to one slope. Cracked tile with healthy underlayment underneath. Loose fasteners on a metal roof.
When replacing is the honest answer
The shingles are worn across the whole roof, with granules gone and edges curling. Leaks keep showing up in new places. The decking is soft in more than one area. Or your insurer won't renew with the roof you have, and a repair won't change that.
How Tony shows you
You see the photos he took and hear what they mean in plain English. If the roof has another five good years, he'll tell you. That's a great day for you, and it costs you nothing.
Get a second opinion
If another roofer says the whole roof has to go, take our estimate and theirs and compare them line by line. We'll still be here.
